Ok, I saw this in a flea market store-the owner was too happy to part with 2 of these at $2 a piece. I only saw the item on the shelf without batteries. I got it home, put batteries in it, and had to do some rigging to get it to work, and when I did, I thought I had stepped into an avian version of Carrie. (I always wanted one of those jesus crucifixes with the light up eyes!)
Not only do the eyes light up, it makes a horrible screeching noise! (Is that what they sound like?)
The only redeeming “quality” is the actual peacock feathers spreading and then collapsing-in a jerky, robotic manner.
